Remember, meditation will bring you more and more intelligence, infinite intelligence, a radial intelligence. Meditation will make you more alive and sensitive; your life will become richer.

What is meditation?
It is not concentration as it is erroneously believed by many.
Nor is it a technique to increase your productivity or efficiency in work in the corporate world.
People often confuse meditation with Samadhi state and declare it is not for them.
Samadhi state could be the result of many years of meditation but it is not to be desired as the aim of the action or the fruit or end result for which one needs to do meditation.
In fact, as Osho would say you cannot do meditation!
It is a non-doing…..
Dhyan means meditation. Yoga Dhyan center, therefore, means a center for yoga and meditation apart from Taichi. Yoga Dhyan center is evolving into a center for doing meditation and a place where one can learn yoga and Taichi. Come to yoga dhyan center and become centered in your own being.
You owe it yourself!
