OCTOBER 13 to 15 OSHO CAMP

There were around 13 participants for this program. The camp concluded on Sunday at the Meditation Resort. We explored many meditations, silent sittings, swimming in the river and quietude.  Summing up, in the future, we are looking forward to seeing more people in these gatherings where silence happens.

Take a look at the Gallery for the pictures of the participants.

Dancing is the quickest way to Here and Now!

Have you noticed when you dance, you cannot think?

Try it. Dance to a music track you like and observe what your mind is thinking. You will be surprised to find it can not think!

In fact, you would also find, your dancing stopped when you started thinking about the thoughts in your head!

Dance and mind… cannot co-exist!

Here and Now

We normally think time exists in 3 dimensions.  The present, past, and future.  Right?

Wrong!

When I was a schoolboy, I thought of time as yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The exam comes in the future, so it was necessary to study today for tomorrow.

In addition, yesterday is gone for good, never to come again. This paradigm continued. That time exists in 3 dimensions.

Meditation and Enlightened Masters

There have been many masters in the past. Many are in the present and certainly many are going to arrive in the future. Without a doubt,

all the enlightened masters say one thing or say the same thing about time!

Do you know what it is?

The present is: Here and now!

Time exists only in the present!  The past or future is not time. It is only your mind projecting the concept of time!

Enter Osho the mystic!

here and now

Dance now!

His message to you is very simple. Dance and enjoy this moment, for there is no other moment available to you. Here and now is infinite! The only space there is!

So dance and celebrate this moment is his message!

Mahashivrathri at Isha Center, Coimbatore

Every year I go to ISHA to celebrate. There is a platform available for anyone to dance!

There is awesome music made available to you through their awe-inspiring arena. Musicians from all over the World come by invitation. There is meditation, there is a dance, there is a

celebration. Don’t miss it for anything!

When the dancer disappears, the dance arrives!

When the dancer is dancing, the ego is present. Therefore, drop your ego and become the dance!

Dance as if possessed, dance as if drunk….drunk with life, When you dance with total abandon, your mind ceases to function.

You move from mind to no-mind in a jiffy.

Staying in the present:

The moment you start dancing, you become one with the here and now! What psychologists describe as a state of emotional clarity.

Shivrathri in its full splendor:

When you do nothing else other than dancing the whole night…you acquire a certain energy that permeates your whole being.

You become light, easy on the feet, and like a bird in flight….sheer ecstasy!

The dance of Shakti

Here and now is the only moment there is. Dance is the shortest route to here and now because when you dance, your ego disappears, the chatter disappears…

Come and join the celebration every year! Why wait for Shivratri, when you can dance anytime!
